How do I pay for my order?

Before confirming your order you can choose to pay either "cash on delivery", “collect at store”, pay by card or cash for delivery. If you wish to pay by card for a delivery order, then please inform us so that we can bring the mobile card machine.

No confirmation e-mail after I placed order?

If you have not received an e-mail confirming your order shortly after you have placed it make sure that you have checked all spam folders. Even if the first email has been received some email clients into the spam folder may divert the second. Is my information secure?

Yes. We encrypt all the information you give us. That includes your credit card details. We use industry-strength security systems and the information is sent to our servers using a secure link.

How do I cancel/change my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will need to contact with us by phone if you want to cancel/change your order. The takeaway contact details are in the contact us section on the website.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes there is. Our minimum order value is £12.

How do I know my order has definitely been placed? 

Once you have placed your order a notification will be displayed on your screen and you will receive a confirmation email with details.

What do I do if I have Forgot Your Password? 

Just click “Forgot Your Password?” in login form or you may contact with us we will happy to assist you.

How do I change my address? 

You can change your address by logging into your account and submitting your new address on the My Account page.

Offers can only be used one at a time they cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

 

Management reserve the right to remove any offers at any time.

In order to be eligible for the complimentary items, the sum of £16 or £30 must be the sum after any discounts may have been implemented.

 

The money saving code is only eligible when dining in. It is not eligible on Banquet Nights or even special evenings i.e. – music nights, New Year’s Eve or Valentine’s Day.
